at The Sanctuary,  March 13-15, 2009

Indulge in a five star culinary experience within the quarters of The Sanctuary Hotel. Guests are invited to test their palates with distinguished wines from around the world, and experience delicious cuisine from our Sanctuary chefs and renowned celebrity chefs from across the nation. The weekend will involve exclusive dinners, tastings, classes and extravagant receptions. The finale chef expo, the highlight of the weekend, brings you chef stations, entertainment, a live auction and a presentation from our beneficiary, The Medical University of South Carolina Hollings Cancer Center. Wine and food connoisseurs will appreciate the dazzling weekend in store, and will anticipate this event year after year as one of the finest charitable food and wine events in the southeast.

Friday, March 13

  • 6:00pm - 7:00pm - Opening Reception and Tasting (VIP Pass Only)
  • 7:00pm - 10:00pm - Exclusive Black Tie Wine Dinner in the Ocean Room with Chef Charlie Trotter. Maison Louis Latour will unveil the 2007 vintage Burgundy. Weekend passholders will receive a complimentary signed copy of one of Chef Trotter's books.

In 2005, Chef Trotter was awarded the Humanitarian of the Year award by the International Association of Culinary Professionals for his overall service to the community.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 14-day cancellation policy. Room deposit (one-night stay) is taken at time of call and is nonrefundable if the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the event.
